Using the partner network

Direct SIPs and UK Leisure Pods use this portal to assess contractor applications, invite approved contractors to quote, review quotations and evaluate supplier products. Information you provide includes company and contact details, experience, capacity, areas covered, insurance, references, product data, prices and uploaded documents.

Who can see your information

Authorised staff can review partner records. Contractors can access only jobs to which they are invited and their own quotations. Suppliers can access their own product submissions. Job documents may include the customer site information needed to price the work. Only share personal information and images you have permission to provide.

Accounts, messages and storage

WordPress manages passwords and essential login cookies. The portal emails verification links, account instructions, invitations, reminders and review updates. Uploaded documents are encrypted in storage and downloads are checked against account permissions. Activity and email handoff logs help the team operate the service. Email delivery also involves our configured mail provider.

Your choices and requests

Contact sales@directsips.co.uk to ask about your information, correct details or request access, deletion or closure of your account. Some business and project records may need to be retained. We will explain the applicable retention period and any restrictions in response to your request.
